Artificial intelligence domestic top 100 enterprises or unicorn enterprises will register their headquarters in our city, set up a regional headquarters or R & D center in our city, for the new registration in the previous year and the actual capital of 20 million yuan (including) or more, the first, two and three years after entering our city, according to the annual R & D costs of 20% subsidies, the total amount of a single enterprise subsidy is up to 10 million yuan. Enterprises newly become the top 100 domestic enterprises or unicorn enterprises in the field of artificial intelligence, for the additional deduction conditions, research and development expenses accounted for more than 10% of the operating income (including), according to 10% of the research and development expenses to give subsidies, the total amount of annual subsidies for each enterprise is up to 5 million yuan. Projects that meet the relevant identification standards of the "Guidelines for the Identification of Major Investment Projects in Hefei" can apply to enjoy the policy support of major investment projects.

Support the development of industrial carriers. Support the construction of artificial intelligence industrial parks, science and technology business incubators and other industrial carriers, for the total number of enterprises entering the park (in incubation) of more than 20 (including) and artificial intelligence enterprises accounted for more than 60% (including), a one-time reward of 1 million yuan. For the newly identified national, provincial and municipal artificial intelligence professional technology business incubators, grants of 2 million yuan, 1 million yuan and 500,000 yuan are given respectively, and the total cumulative subsidy for each incubator is up to 2 million yuan. We will support the development of innovative service platforms. A one-time reward of 10 million yuan will be given to the newly identified national new generation artificial intelligence open innovation platform. Support artificial intelligence computing, data storage and other public service platform construction, according to the actual service income and payment fees of 15% to the platform service and user subsidies, the total annual subsidy of the same platform service up to 3 million yuan, the total annual subsidy of the same platform user up to 500,000 yuan.

Support the establishment of investment funds. The municipal government guides the mother fund to participate in supporting well-known fund management institutions, leading enterprises in the industrial chain and key research and development institutions, etc., to set up special funds around the artificial intelligence industrial chain, gather investment industrial chain element resources and enterprise projects, and promote the growth and development of the industrial chain. Encourage all kinds of venture capital and equity investment funds in society to invest in artificial intelligence projects.

We will support ecosystem development. Strengthen the statistical work of Hefei artificial intelligence industry chain. Support chambers of commerce, associations, alliances and other social organizations to hold national, provincial, and municipal AI conferences, forums, competitions and other activities with greater influence, according to 50% of the actual expenditure to give a subsidy of up to 1 million yuan.
