On the morning of April 29, the signing ceremony of the Changfeng Science and Innovation Base project of China Science and Technology Institute was held in Beicheng Office of Hefei City. Li Mingshan, Secretary of Changfeng County Party Committee, Liu Shuang, member of the Standing Committee of the County Party Committee and the Party Group of the county government, Qin Chuanyu, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Shuangfeng Economic Development District, Zhang Fan, Director of the County Science and Technology Bureau, Wu Jun, member of the Party Working Committee and deputy director of the Management Committee of Shuangfeng Economic Development District, Yu Yugang, Dean of the Institute of International Finance of the University of Science and Technology of China, Weng Qingxiong, vice president of the Institute, Ding Jinwen, director of the Science and Innovation Center, Li Hui, director of the Institute, attended the exchange meeting and witnessed the signing ceremony.

The two sides held exchanges and talks on the construction of science and technology innovation base, Li Mingshan introduced that in recent years, Changfeng County has benchmarked Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang, forming a new pattern of "three main and three new" industrial development, a group of tens of billions of leading enterprises have settled down, and innovation and development are increasingly becoming a significant landmark. Changfeng County adheres to the "real economy + scientific and technological innovation + financial capital" and strives to promote industrial upgrading with innovative elements. The cooperation with China Science and Technology Institute will certainly boost the high-quality development of Changfeng.

Yu Yugang said that in recent years, the development of Changfeng County has gained fame and attracted attention. China Science and Technology Institute will face the leading industries in Changfeng County, accumulate superior scientific and technological resources, strengthen the docking and promotion of science and technology projects, play the "Science and technology University" card, and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Yu Yugang also required that the construction of Changfeng Science and Technology Innovation base of China Science and Technology Research Institute should find the core point of scientific and technological achievements transformation and science and technology industry cultivation, highlight the value of magnification advantages, and establish a unique brand.

Changfeng County People's Government signed a cooperation framework agreement with China Keda Gold Institute, and the Management Committee of Shuangfeng Economic Development District, China Keda Gold Institute (Science and Technology Innovation Center) and the third party operation and maintenance service team of the base selected through open social recruitment signed a technical co-construction agreement. The construction of Changfeng Science and Technology Innovation Base not only solves the problem of insufficient physical space for science and technology entrepreneurship in China Science and Technology Institute, helps the transformation of scientific research achievements of China University of Science and Technology, but also helps local governments to "double recruitment and double introduction" and "double innovation" to promote collaborative innovation and win-win development.

Before the signing ceremony, the group visited the Shuangfeng Wisdom Valley Innovation and Entrepreneurship Technology Park where the project landed. The construction area of the first phase of the base is about 5,800 square meters, and the spatial planning includes functional areas such as the incubation area for innovation teams, the office area for settled enterprises, the product display road show area, business negotiation and leisure area. Weng Qingxiong expressed appreciation for the planning and design of the base, and expressed hope that the Science and Technology Innovation Center of IFIS will actively absorb the excellent strength of China University of Science and Technology, strengthen the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and accelerate the incubation of enterprises, and look forward to establishing a new benchmark of scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship in Hefei and even in the Yangtze River Delta region.
