Responsibility description：

1. Responsible for the company's investment and financing operation strategy management, capital operation, investor relationship management, etc.;
2. Responsible for the business design of the company's investment and financing plan, investment and financing projects, analysis and design of investment and financing plan, participation in investment and financing business negotiations, writing related reports and documents;
3. Responsible for establishing good cooperative relations with investment institutions, banks, fund companies and other investment financial institutions and establishing a wide range of financing channels; Deal with the collection and sorting of investment and financing information, and maintain investment and financing channels;
4. Provide legal support for the establishment and fundraising of the fund, draft and review relevant documents, and prevent operational risks;
5. Provide legal support for fund investment (fund investment, project investment), draft and review relevant documents, conduct feasibility study, due diligence, valuation and return analysis of proposed investment projects, write relevant reports, participate in agreement negotiations, etc.;
6. Provide legal support for the post-investment management and withdrawal of the fund, deal with disputes, litigation or arbitration affairs that may arise during the operation of the fund, and conduct follow-up monitoring, analysis, evaluation and management of the completed investment and financing work;
7. Provide legal support for managers and fund operations, draft and improve various rules and regulations;
8. Tracking and studying laws and policies related to equity investment, and issuing relevant research reports;
9. Complete other work arranged by the company according to the requirements of superiors;
10. With significant contributions, options can be matched.

Job requirements：

1. Full-time master's degree or above in key universities such as dual majors or overseas universities of the same level, interdisciplinary talents with professional background of finance, law and finance are preferred, and those with special qualifications can be appropriately relaxed;
2. More than 5 years of work experience, familiar with relevant national policies and regulations, with well-known investment banks or investment institutions working experience is preferred, with scientific and technological project investment experience is preferred;
3. Have financial, tax, legal, financial, business management and other professional knowledge necessary for the performance of duties;
4. Familiar with the whole operation process of equity investment and merger and reorganization, with strong practical operation ability;
5. With strong research and analysis ability and good writing ability, able to independently or cooperatively complete the preliminary contact and invitation negotiation of investment and financing projects, project feasibility study, independently complete the "project feasibility study report", investment and financing plan design, business plan preparation;
6. Have a strong ambition and the desire to pursue success, have good executive ability and team spirit;
7. CPA qualification, lawyer qualification and CFA Level 2 or above are preferred;
8. Integrity, strong sense of responsibility, rigorous style, work carefully and seriously, can work under pressure.
