Responsibility description：
1. Responsible for the review of various contracts of the company; Participate in major project legal support, contract negotiation; Precipitation standardized contract information base;
2. Participate in the review of the company's business, products, operational activities and other related matters, issue legal opinions, provide practical and effective risk prevention suggestions, effectively promote business and balance legal risks;
3. Handle all kinds of litigation, arbitration and disputes;
4. Cutting-edge legal dynamic research and legal work support (such as daily consultation, legal training, etc.).
Job requirement：
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above in law, passing the national unified judicial examination is preferred;
2. More than three years of legal practice experience or related work experience in law firms;
3. Good written expression, communication and influence, cheerful personality, good at cross-departmental cooperation; Excellent ability of independent analysis and problem solving, logical;
4. Willing to meet challenges, open mind, able to adapt to the rapidly changing science and technology service industry environment, strong pressure resistance.
